In order to get
the bulk of 12 & Under swimmers out of the meet earlier on
Mother's Day we are moving the 12 & Under 400 Free to the END
of the 12 & Under session on Sunday. Please see the adjusted ESTIMATED meet warm-up,
start and finish times for each session.
Any swimmer
registered for the 12 & Under 400 Free that cannot compete due
to this change will be given a refund for this event via a credit
on your account. Please email Matt directly to ask for this
credit.
The timeline for the AM sessions is
right at 4 hours. The timeline for the afternoon sessions is
at 3.5 hours. We will not be taking deck entries for this
meet.
Here are the meet warm-up times (please note different times for
Sunday afternoon from Saturday afternoon):
Saturday 13 & Overs: warm-up @ 6:30, meet @ 8:00, session ends
at 12:00
Saturday 13 & Over 400 Free: warm-up at 12:00, meet at 12:30,
session ends at 1:45
Saturday 12 & Unders: warm-up at 2 pm, meet at 3 pm, session
ends at 6:30 pm
Sunday 13 & Overs: warm-up at 6:30 am, meet at 8 am, session
ends at 12:00
Sunday 13 & Over 400 IM: warm-up at 12:00, meet at 12:30, meet
ends at 1:35
Sunday 12 & Under full session: warm-up 1:50 pm, meet at 2:50
pm, session ends at 6:30 pm
Sunday 12 & Under 400 Free: warm-up immediate following end of
session, meet @ 6:45 pm, meet ends around 7:30 pm
