There are many swimmers signed up for the Jersey Wahoos Summer Solstice Meet June 24-26 that are not registered for the summer session.  As per the team update that was sent out two weeks ago, if you want to swim in GPAC meets over the summer but not register for the summer session that is completely okay.  There will just be a $15/swimmer meet coaching surcharge for swimmers in that category.  This surcharge will be due even if the swimmer does not attend the meet at all.

Also a note on meet entries...once entries are submitted they are locked in as are meet entry fees whether you swim the events or not.

This all being said...entries for the Jersey Wahoos Summer Solstice Meet June 24-26 at GCIT will be finalized and submitted tomorrow at 10am.  This is your last chance to pull your swimmer from the meet if they are not going to attend.  Otherwise the surcharge and meet entry fees will be due. 

Because of the fact that summer meets close out fast, many swimmers were entered by the coaches for Gold and Senior 1 to ensure entry into the meet before the meet closed.  You may not have entered your Gold or Senior 1 swimmer into the meet, but their coach may have.  If you have a swimmer in Gold or Senior 1 (it does not matter if you registered for the summer or not...ALL Gold and Senior 1 parents should do this NOW), take the 5 minutes to log on to the site and check to see if your swimmer is entered. 

If your swimmer is going to participate, you do not have to do anything.  If your swimmer is not going to participate, you need to email me by 10 am tomorrow to pull them out of the meet.
