In my email on start times I did not realize that the 400 IM on Saturday and the 500 Free on Sunday were combined events. 

IN THIS CASE...

Saturday 11 & Over 400 IM:
Report at 10:15 am
Warm-up around 10:30 am
Race Starts at 11 am

Sunday 9 & Over 500 Free:
Report at 10 am
Warm-up around 10:20 am
Race Starts at 10:45 am
