This is the OFFICIAL Elite Meet schedule for Friday:

Doors Open at 9:00 am

11 & Over 1000 Freestyle Session
Warm-up @ 9:30 am (On deck by 9:15 am)
Meet starts @ 10:30 am (Boys will swim in deep pool ending at 11:50 am, girls will swim in shallow pool ending around 12:20 pm)
**There will be no drop off time for the 1000 free session.  All cars should proceed directly to College parking lot.  Shuttle buses will start running just before 9 am.**

CHECK IN FOR THE 1000 IS DUE BY 9:45.  IF YOU ARE NOT AT THE POOL BY 9:45 YOU WILL BE SCRATCHED!!

10 & Under Session (run only in the deep pool)
Warm-up: 12:30 pm (On deck by 12:15 am)
Meet Starts at 1:15 pm, meet will end around 3:00 pm
**Swimmer drop off at GCIT will be available between 12pm and 1pm.  All cars must be parked at the College.  Shuttle buses will run between GCIT and the college parking lot continuously until 4pm**

11 & Over Timed Finals session (run in two pools)
IMPORTANT: Parking will not be available on the GCIT campus until 3:15 pm.  YOU SHOULD PARK AT GCIT AS THE SHUTTLE BUSES WILL NOT BE OPERATING AFTER 4 PM!!  Please do not plan on arriving at GCIT until after 3:15 as you will not be allowed access to the school parking lot until that time.**
Warm-up: 3:30 pm (On deck by 3:20 pm)
Meet starts @ 4:30 pm

WE HAVE TO CHECK IN FOR ALL 11 & OVER EVENTS ON FRIDAY.  IF YOU ARE NOT AT THE POOL BY 3:40 PM YOU WILL BE SCRATCHED FROM ALL OF YOUR FRIDAY EVENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS.  IF YOU MAY BE LATE AT ALL, PLEASE EMAIL MATT @ admingpac@gmail.com AND LET HIM KNOW.
